SEC Commissioner Kelvin Lee congratulates First Circle on 5th year

The Securities and Exchange Commission Philippines Commissioner, Kelvin Lee, congratulated First Circle on its fifth year of strengthening the local economy by providing credit to MSMEs despite the difficulties brought about by the pandemic.
